This electrolytic steel plate for purification and protection is a special enclosure material for high-grade medical clean spaces. It uses high-purity cold-rolled steel as its base, forms a dense, uniform zinc-iron alloy protective layer via precise electrolytic galvanizing, and is finished with a high-voltage electrostatic antibacterial powder coating.
This integrated multi-layer protection system provides physical anti-corrosion, chemical bacteriostasis and structural damage resistance, making it ideal for core medical clean areas including operating rooms, ICUs and other sensitive departments.
All standardized cutting, bending and R-angle forming processes are completed at the factory. On-site modular dry assembly requires no secondary processing, shortens the construction period, eliminates dust pollution, and allows immediate use after construction to meet tight hospital renovation schedules.
The panel features an ultra-smooth flat surface with integrated R-angle arcs for all corners, eliminating hidden gaps and dead corners where dust and microbes accumulate. Its nano-silver ion coating achieves an antibacterial rate of over 99.9%, effectively inhibiting pathogenic bacteria and reducing the risk of nosocomial cross-infection.
With a compact and stable electrolytic coating structure, this steel plate withstands frequent wiping with various medical disinfectants without coating damage, and boasts superior chemical corrosion resistance compared to ordinary color steel plates. It also features Class A fire resistance, which suppresses flame spread and releases no toxic smoke when exposed to open fire.
It also has excellent impact resistance, resisting dents and deformation caused by frequent collisions with medical equipment and trolleys. Additional properties including sound insulation, shock resistance, moisture-proofing and mildew-proofing further enhance environmental safety.
A pre-reserved pipeline cavity in the interlayer allows concealed layout of electrical wires and medical gas pipelines, maintaining a clean wall surface. Modular panels can be disassembled and reused without damage for later layout adjustments or equipment upgrades, with a 95% material recovery rate, greatly reducing long-term renovation costs and construction waste.
Custom colors are available across the full spectrum of the RAL color card to match the infection control design requirements of different hospital departments, balancing purification performance and visual consistency.
